In response to client requests, Dr. Jane Mather, the President and Founder of Critical Core, began developing proprietary models to help her clients realign their real estate and infrastructure assets in response to organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, growth, restructurings, cost-control initiatives, and downsizing.  After using this software on a number of projects, she founded Critical Core to provide more comprehensive consulting services and to extend the existing software so that an organization’s staff and advisors can use it.
